Trade and Talent offers international trade educational resources to students and employees and talent support to services to export oriented businesses.
2. Fees and Payment
- All fees are outlines in our pricing page.
- Upon payment, customers are granted a one-year license.
- Access to systems are removed once license expires or 7 days after payment default, to allow for a grace period.
3. Service Availability
- Trade and Talent aims for 99.9% uptime for hosted systems.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
4. Support Services
- Support is available via email and online meetings where necessary.
5. Data Security and Privacy
- We implement industry-standard security protocols.
- Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials.
- Trade and Talent will not access or share client data without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Trade and Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our provision of educational materials does not make any guarantees.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or illegal activity.
